Into the wild
Happy Labour Day!
As mentioned, I spent most of the weekend labouring away doing some painting on Mom and Dad's house. But I took plenty of breaks to admire the local wildlife...
Like this red-legged grasshopper who was hanging out on the shutters.
And this pretty little Marbled Orb Weaver who was chilling in her web up in the back porch rafters
And of course....
... the regal Wild Porch Wolf... also known as Jem. Though she's only nine months old, the puppy looks are gone. (The puppy attitude is not though... she's still full of beans!)

ReplyDeleteJem is a beauty. Our old neighbors had a lab they let get very chubby and she looked silly
