I am happy to say....
Blaster is done! I powered through that last sleeve and by the weekend, it was on the blocking board. I'm not doing an FO post yet, though because she still needs buttons. I'm hoping to get to my favourite button store this week, but we'll have to see.
Still I'm lad to have it done. Now I should get back to one of my other UFOs... but....
Uh oh ............has cast-itis hit???
ReplyDeleteBlaster looks FAB-u-lous! That is going to be a great color for you.
Blaster looks fabulous. I'm looking forward to the button decision. I'm always inclined to be too matchy-matchy so I'll be interested to see your choice. We're snowed in here, with more snow in the forecast for a Thursday so I hope you can get out to the button store :)
ReplyDeleteWow, nice work! Yeah, we want one of your modeling shots outside for it to really count as finished!!!! lol

ReplyDeleteI wish I could take you to a fabric store near where my daughter lives - they have the BEST buttons. A whole long wall of boxes and boxes of wonderfulness. And the Button Lady who tends them really knows her stuff and is a hoot to work with! Button Nirvana...
