And now he's discovered how to get out of it. Twice today, I discovered an empty (and still-clasped) harness, attached to the leash - and Rocky about 10 feet from it.Sigh.
There go my afternoons of relaxing reading outdoors. Now I have to keep one eye on my book and one eye on the cat....
