Back on track

I have been a very good girl and have not cast on for anything new...

I even resisted the tempation Mom dangled in front of me...

But nope - I've stuck to it, and now the back is finished on Lestrange
The final front will take no time and all, and once it's done, the biggest piece is out of the way. next up will be the sleeves, which I think will be a refreshing change, as they are a different lace pattern.

In other news, I've even made a little progress on my lunch hours
Yep, I've started the second rainbow glove, and I'm well into the cable pattern. Ideally, I'd like to have these finished by Saturday, so Mom can help me take some modelled pictures, but I don't want to get too optimistic.

They are calling for another snowstorm... so maybe I might be able to sneak in an hour or two of extra knitting tomorrow...

Some very pretty stuff there. I love the pattern your mum suggested too; it's already saved for future reference here.

The lacy sweater is so pretty...can't wait to see more.

Nice work on the mitt! Maybe we'll see pictures of you modeling the pair very soon???

The sweater is so impressive, I can't wait to see it completed. And what's not to love about rainbows?

I was jealous of Buffalo today when I saw all the snow they were getting. I could use a snow day as an excuse to sit and knit all day. The jet stream is roaring in as I write so I may get my wish. We went from 70 degrees to 30 in a couple of hours.
