The first symptom was my joining of Delusional Knitter's Bead-a-long. It starts this weekend and I have my pattern:

Then it's a matter of bugging Mom for a beading tutorial and off I go!
The second symptom came in the form of a Ravelry message. A reminder from the ever-so-talented Anna Dalvi that I'd joined her Mystic Midsummer Wreath Mystery Shawl KAL - and the swatch chart was ready!
I've never done a mystery KAL before, but Anna's patterns are so pretty. As you know, as a rule, I also don't swatch.
But I did this time...

So far - so good! I'm using some Fluffy Cat (in Teddy Bear) that I had tucked away in the stash. The first clue comes on June 15th and I can't wait!
And the best part of these KALs??? They also qualify for the Wandering Cat Summer Stitch-a-Long!!!!

Pretty projects. I love the first picture!
You're going to BEAD!!!!!!
Whoot!
Oh you picked an awesome pattern for the bead-a-long!! I'm heading over to check out the mystery shawl now, I have one on the needles that I haven't finished yet, but I'm sure I can by the 15th!
That's a lovely scarf. I can't wait to see what beads you'll be using for it. I like the swatch too. I remember seeing Teddy Bear yarn, and that I liked it.
Glad you are feeling better, btw.
You're certainly going to have your hands full! Looks like a great array of projects. Love that heart to heart.
They are all so pretty! So far I've managed to avoid the KAL fever, but just wait for July 1st ...Come-Blog-Along starts for me.
