The adventures of Miss P and Aunt V - Pt. 3

Today is Miss P's last day here. This morning is a lazy morningBut soon enough we'll be packing up and hitting the road - three hours to Owen Sound.

So, I'll leave you with some truths I've learned from a seven year old:

1) Fields are forests to bugs

2) Astronauts wear space suits because the universe is too bright

3) The word syllable has three syllables

4) The moon would be cooler if it was made of Cheez Whiz

I'd have to agree with most of that, but I suspect that there are few more pressing reasons that astronauts wear space suits :)

Haha, clever girl! I like the picture too. It's Rocky, isn't it, watching intently.

As a linguist, I particularly appreciate the third one, and I agree with Minding My Own Stitches - the cool polarized faceplates probably aren't the only allure of the spacesuit. (I'm guessing it's the internal plumbing, myself.)

I love the photo. There's a cat wishing he had opposable thumbs...
