FO: Handspun gloves

And they are done!
As you can see, the second one ended up being almost a perfect opposite to the first. That's one of the fun things about working with handspun - you just never know what you're going to get. They are nice and warm too, despite being only sport-weight - perfect for what's left of winter, for however long it's around.

I was also able to eke out a small cowl from the leftover yarn (pics later - it's still blocking), so now I have a full set. With the high funnel neck on the coat, I didn't really need a cowl, but I had the yarn so I thought, what the heck!

Now... back to the never-ending tunic. Unless I get distracted, of course....

I think the cowl is a great idea. Even with the funnel neck coat ....... winds blow down the funnel tunnel. That cowl will be toasty!

Love how the gloves colored out. SO SO pretty!

I love the way handspun does its own thing too. I can't believe you finished those so quickly with gloves being so fiddly.

Love them! Interesting how entirely opposite they are. And good for you for doing all those fiddly fingers :)

Marvelous colors in that handspun! And with the cowl you will be all stylish and matchy!

A perfect set! Love the gloves. The cowl can still be used when you want to be edgy and leave the coat open.

Gorgeous gloves. You knit them so quickly. My daughter loved the yellow old navy dress you showed. Because of you I bought it for her

You know I'm fond of your distractions, and I noticed whenever you fall back in love with a project you crank it out pretty darn fast. But Dang, those are lovely gloves. I do love the way the handspun knit up in the pair.
