"I'm strong to the finich, cause I eats me spinach.
I'm Rupert the Sailor Cat."
Okay... so he's not really eating spinach. In fact, he doesn't like people food at all (With the exception of tuna juice). He always comes to see what I'm eating, sniffs my plate, and then moves along. It's such a change from ol' Tux. (Though Peno doesn't eat people food either - except for sandwich turkey.)
But he is getting big and strong! At first I was worried that he wasn't growing, but the other day, I noticed that he's almost a big as Peno now. His head is still smaller, but he's just as long and is starting to fill out. At first, I though he was going to be a big cat. Now I think he'll probably settle around 9-10 lbs.
It's hard to believe he's only been here for a month an a half.
He's certainly made himself at home.

Clearly you have quickly made him feel safe and loved. He's such a handsome boy! Those gorgeous amber eyes of his are so pretty!
It is so nice that he lets you SHARE his house! He sure is a cutie!
Love that first pic of him - too cute. Glad he is adapting so well (and quickly) to his new home. He sure is a handsome kitty!!
He's an awesome kitty! I want to see the new PET movie that 's out. It looks hysterical on the trailers.
It's funny how kitties only like what they like but dogs will eat anything. I have to fix seven different plates of kitty food at every meal. I spend more on their food than mine.
Such a sweet face. Glad to hear he has claimed your home.
So handsome! Your willingness to have more kitties after you lost your two encouraged me to adopt another after our Mookie died. We've had our new kitty for 5 weeks, and still don't really know her name! But like Rupert, she's small but growing, and still has a little head. Coco/Clio/Unagi/Biscuit/Mochi are getting used to each other...
