It's so fluffy I'm going to die!!!!

My Weeping Pussy Willow is starting to fuzz up - and it makes me sooooo happy!
Those little catkins are just sooo soft - I can't stop touching them!

Pussy Willows have always intrigued me..how can a plant have fur? But I've never had one of my own.. What's really neat about this one is that some of the little catkins seem to have a pink undertone
While some have a yellow tone.
It's such a fascinating plant. Nature truly is a wonder.

I love pussy willow as well, you see it occasionally over here and it just screams to be stroked!

So sweet! Do kitties leave pussy willows alone? So far Biscuit has mostly ignored my Christmas cactus (except for a few teeth marks) and African violets, but those little fuzzy nubs look like they would be pretty tempting.

So beautiful to see! My parents had a pussy willow tree in their yard. I couldn't wait each year for it to bloom.
Enjoy!

Now I want to have one too. :o) I always loved them as a kid, when we hiked through the woods and we found them.

Pussy willows are a favorite of mine too. The Weeping Pussy Willow is really neat looking. We use to see a lot of them when I lived up north but haven't seen any here yet.

Oh I love them. We had them in our yard when I was little. We've tried putting them in where we live now with no success. Now I want to try again!
