This little floofy house panther is the newest member of Chez Wanderingcat. I think he's around 12 weeks (Mom and I found him on one of the country roads by her house), but he'll be going to the vet soon and we'll see what they think.
He's been here since Wednesday and has made himself absolutely at home.
He's quick to purr, quick to snuggle, and quick to play.
He arrived Wednesday afternoon, and enticed Rupert to play by Thursday morning. Rupert is still a touch jealous and giving me frequent stink-eye, but it won't be long until they are fast friends.
Peno is a little more put out. While she tolerated it when I put a sleepy little Burt in her basket with her, when he wiggled to much, she made sure he moved on. But give her a couple of weeks. She'll fall in love just like we have.

Peno can be his mama cat and teach him the house "rules". He looks at her like he already loves her.
He will win them over in no time! He's a beauty!
Burton is a cutie, that's for sure! Sounds like he has the personality to go with his handsome looks. So sad to think why he's out there wandering alone. But he has landed at the best home to live in!!!
Welcome home, Lord Burton Bearbottom!
He's a quite a panther of a kitty! So cute....
So cute!!!!! Congrats.
OMG he is so adorable looking! And I can only imagine how soft he must be.
Enjoy!
What a sweet face!! Fingers crossed he checks out at the Vet. Congrats!
Yummy kitten! Am told that treats are a great way to get the 'older' cats to tolerate a newbie, especially an annoying, boisterous babe! Concats on your new family member!!!!
What a wonderful addition! He's a real cutie and might I say a very lucky little fellow to have found you! His little life just got a whole lot better! :-)
Lord Bearbottom......oh my gosh. I'm in love. Black cats are truly the BEST I think. Adorable. Kittens, all fun and no work. WHo on earth abandoned him? Love his name WELCOME Little one
Welcome! He's lucky and so are you. He looks so puffy!
Congrats on the new kitty! I never have to go looking for cats, they find me, one way or another. Both of my current kitties were strays.
