It's official...

This big, bouncing, no-so-baby boy...
is officially part of the Wandering Cat clan. Tuesday night he had to stay in with us for the whole night....
And you can see just how thrilled  Rupert was about that...
But we had to be up bright and early to the vet clinic.
Where he was check, vaccinated, micro-chipped and neutered.
Unfortunately his FIV test came back positive.  It could be a false positive, so we'll have him tested again. But it just means we have to take a little extra care. Which we are more than happy to do

Welcome Home Relic.

How lucky for this cat! So glad he is making the transition to an inside cat. He could not have a better home and I am sure he will bring your family much joy.

He's certainly landed on his feet with you guys, even if Rupe isn't keen! He looks pretty happy, despite the surgery. Hope the FIV is a false positive.

Aww, Relic...your new home, and you've got the cone on! But that should come off soon (boys don't need it on as long as girls!), and you'll start settling in. You are a handsome mancat!

I hope the FIV is false. My daughter brought back an adult stray cat from college that was both FIV positive *and* had feline leukemia. Buddy and I bonded, but he was with me less than a year. I love all my cats, but he was special.

I knew it! I knew he was going to transition to be full time, team WAndering Cat! Sending you all happy luck for the smoothest and healthiest of family transitions.
