Sock woes

The other day at lunch, I was so proud of myself. I'd just spent the last hour finishing up the final repeat of the foot. I was ready to work on that toe!

Out of curiosity, I went back and started to count how many repeats the overall sock had taken, and that's when I noticed it...
Can you see it?
That stupid little leaf is smaller than all the others. Some how I skipped ahead two rows in the repeat and didn't notice.

So no toe work for me for a few days. I can only get one repeat done each lunch hour...

I've been thinking about it and I think you could design another sock using that smaller leaf patter cos it's pretty too.

Oh, I'm so sorry about the "oops" knitting. Such a lovely pattern/sock. I very much relate to knowing how long it will take to fix something on a limited knit schedule. Here's hoping you find some more time to squeeze a few rounds in before the weekend!

Don't you hate when that happens. Even when you are careful to check that stuff still happens. I swear there are knitting gremlins who rip and then reknit your work with boo boos when you put it down. I think one of them got to my cables today. :(
