Hide 'n' seek
Dave has this thing about the cats... he doesn't mind them in the bed (much) but he's absolutely opposed to them stepping foot on his pillow. I've tried explaining this to the cats, but well... they're cats!!
So, every morning, when Dave gets out of bed, he balls his blanket up and puts it on his pillow so the cats can't sleep there...
But... as I said... they are cats!!!

Cats as you know will do what they want, when they want. Neither of my two do the pillow thing, but Ray loves sleeping on legs and Star has laid claim to my chair.
Ha, ha, ha...cats seem to know exactly what you don't want them to do.
One of mine is sleeping in my precious Santa puzzle box as we speak because she knows she's not allowed.
Cats are creatures of amazingly firm opinions!
I completely laughed at this, because I swear cats ... they just know and they just will!
