Have you joined up with the Undine KAL yet? We're getting more people every day - it's going to be fun seeing all those socks come together.
I'm making good progress on mine
Because,
the recipient, like me, prefers shorty cuffs, I've already moved down
the heel and completed the gusset. She does have longer feet than me
though, so there's a little more work to do on the foot. But that's okay
- they are still going to go quicker than these ones
A
pair of man socks for Samantha's husband. It is sport weight yarn and
slightly larger needles... but man feet are just so darn big! It's going
to become my travel project.
What's in your travel bag?

Undine is knitting up to be some fun and bright socks. I might have to join you. I saw Araignee has joined in. You did set a nice wide deadline that MIGHT give me a chance. I love the yarn for the mansocks too. Man socks feel challenging no doubt. I've never knit socks for a big footed man. That might push me over the edge.
THE BABY BLANKET IS MY TRAVEL CAUSE ITS MINDLESS
Your Undine is looking good! I need to get some photos of mine, it's coming along nicely. I'm putting it in my travel bag and taking it to the rink tonight. I have an hour of down time between lessons and it's such an addicting knit.
Hhmmm ... I even have that yarn at home .... unicorn parade???
You are awesome. :)
Nice socks-to-be! I always have trouble with the second sock, but I'd much rather do man socks than a huge sweater.
