Agatha, out and about

On the way back from my brother's, Mom and I stopped at our favourite fish and chip place for dinner, and conducted our fastest photoshoot EVER! We might not have much cold and snow, but head a few hours north and there's no shortage. But just for you dear readers, I whipped off my coat and got some modeled shots of Agatha.
I really am pleased with how it turned out. I love the combination of ribbing and lace.
I went down a size, so this one fits much better in the shoulders than Mary Mead. Though I still prefer round yokes and raglans, I won't shy away from a properly sized set-in sleeve.
I've always been a fan of green, so naturally I love the colour. But I'm especially pleased with how many of my dresses this one compliments. It's a great way to brighten up winter!

It really is gorgeous and looks great on you!

I popped that soap in the post for you yesterday before things get too crazy here with the big trip and I forget. It needs to sit a bit before you use it. Full cure will be on the 24th. I usually start using them for testing a week before. They really are safe to use now but will last longer and be a harder bar if you wait until all the water evaporates out of them.

Oh you look absolutely lovely in Agatha! I love that dress w/or w/o the sweater too. You look great and your knitting is not too shabby either ;)

I'm always impressed with how wearable your knits are. I appreciate your reflection on different kinds of construction. Your descriptions always make sense to me.
