I spent all yesterday cleaning and cooking, got the canopy ready to set up... friends were invited....
And mother nature hits us with sweltering, move-five-inches-and-you're-a-pile-of-sweaty-goo weather. So the party was moved inside to climate controlled conditions.
But it was still a lot of fun - great company with great conversation

I realize the "plan" was to have an outdoor shin dig, but it definitely looks like a fun time. I would love to do some action figure fun with Tux and eat strawberry shortcake :) good times!
Living in Florida means ALL summer picnics are indoors and climate controlled!! Tux is adorable as usual but he seems to be tolerating the company more than anything.
That heat is headed our way tomorrow. I've been enjoying what summer should be like and hating that the humidity will be back just in time for our 4th. Boo. Hiss.
