Dragon scales

My wrist was feeling fine enough to start the KAL on Sunday. I managed to get through the first chart and half a repeat before bedtime
As mentioned, I am beading this one, but it's really hard to see the beads in this pic.
These beads work nicely. They are very bright, but because they are not foil lined, the yarn running through them influences the colour a little, toning them down.

I'm really please with the way the yarn is knitting up too - exactly how I imagined, it, which is always nice!

It's a very pretty color. Glad your wrist is feeling better.

Seriously, that is knitting up so beautifully. I had to scroll through your posts to find the colorway of that lovely yarn. Drogon, how fitting, indeed. The yarn really lends itself to what I imagine a dragon scale texture to be, beyond the pattern. Lovely!!

Beautiful! Reminds me of the black/red dragon on the show, Drogon.

I only made it through about half of the first episode before I bailed (I'm a giant ninny when it comes to things on the screen and that show is intense with a capital I) but I am sure you have captured the spirit perfectly!
