Aliza's on top

My knitting mojo isn't the only thing that's been rocking lately...
Back in December, I'd picked up some green fabric for the sashing on Aliza in Wonderland, so I decided to take advantage of my ambition and finish the whole top.
Nothing fancy, but I love the pink with the green. It's always been one of my favourite colour combos, and I think it's just perfect for a spring baby.
This one will not be going up to Mom's though. It's small enough I think I can quilt it on my own. It won't be free motion, but I've got an idea for some nice, clean lines that I think will enhance it nicely. I've got a big chunk of dark pink for the back, and a pale pink marble for the binding. But I need to get some more batting and spray glue, so quilting will have to wait until payday.
And of course, I can't forget the obligatory Snoopervisor photo!

That quilt is so adorable! Have you ever tried the fusible batting Angela Walters uses? It's a game changer.

Love the top, so cute with the bunnies. But the Snooper does not look pleased with something.

I would not mind working for your Snoopervisor! What a cutie! You know I never really thought about it but your quilt really does make quite the argument for pink and green and YES they are such a fabulous combination for spring! In fact I might need to try and put some pink and green socks on my goals list!

The quilt is really cute as it is! Craft city!

Burton is quite fetching on that beautiful quilt top. Every project NEEDS a snoopervisor.
