Inspired

I don't usually by knitting pattern books or magazine, much preferring to buy patterns individually (so much easier now, thanks to Ravelry!)

But this sweater caught my attention the other day...
I loved the  shap of it, and while I don't really wear pullovers, I figured it wouldn't be too hard to turn it into a cardigan.

But unfortunately, it was only available in the magazine... which just happened to be at my drug store when I went to pick up a prescription.
It was only $10 for the whole thing, and surprisingly, there's a few other patterns I like. Of course, they need some modifications
This one would look so much cuter with a button-up front, don't you think?

And these two..

Add a little more length, and both would look great with leggings!

Soo much inspiration.... but I've really got to finish Blaster first!

I totally don't get the cropped thing. And, then to have pattern after pattern of the same cropped shape ......well, it stopped me from buying the magazine this time. Nothing to see there for me.

Same with Interweave. This issue is 95% colorwork. If you don't like colorwork you are plum out of luck.

A little more variety would suit me better.

I do love that first sweater (and love it as a pull over), but like Dee, I don't get the cropped thing at all (cuz of my shape, you know - LOL).

I like the shape of that first one too. I just may have to check that magazine out.

Stood in front of my closet today, not happy with any of my sweaters! The two bottom items would be perfect for me, and the colors are luscious!

I'm a pullover type of gal and I love all those! I'd have to add length to hide my jiggly bits though.
