The first Aldershot sock is done!
I really couldn't be more pleased with it. I love everything - the cables, the colour... the yarn...
I've mentioned before that I'm using our Jungle Cat. It's a merino/bamboo blend and it's so lovely to work with. It's soft and squooshy and the bamboo gives it just a touch of silkiness. It's so nice to knit with, and even nicer to wear.
I've just cast on for the second one, and I'm challenging myself to see if I can get the second one done by the end of the month. A week to go (how did February fly by so fast???) but I think I can do it.
Anything you're hoping to wrap up before the month is out?

Looking good! I'm hoping to finish my Aisling shawl, but it's going to be a tight one. I'm in Sock Madness this year all going well so I really don't know if I'll pull it off.
Wow! Very classy sock; did I mention that I am interested in this collection when you are finished!!!!???? Nice work!
Beautiful! And so Spring-like - YAY!! How many more do you have to do (I keep losing count and I'm impatient for your e-book to come out...).
Beautiful! That yellow sure will make a grey winter day a bit brighter!!!
Hope to finish my Eagles socks today or tomorrow. Then I have a PLAN!!!! LOL
Lovely sock. I am hoping to finish sewing binding on 2 minis and finish up a shawl and maybe the wrap I have been knitting on since 2016! I am stopping it at a poncho size, since I was only halfway through the wrap size!
Gorgeous pattern! The yarn allows the design to glow.
I have some sewing projects that I would like to finish this month.
Now that's a shot of spring when you need it!
February does seem to have flown by, and the only thing that I know I'll be finished with, is our taxes...lol!
Oh You make me want to knit a sock like that! Im pushing for more sock finishes before the Olympics end.
